1.1. Prior to our technicians’ arrival, you are responsible for conducting the necessary preparations required for the treatment. We may refuse to proceed with treatment if the preparation requirements are not met.
1.2. We do not assume any liability for the loss or damage to valuable or sensitive items resulting from the treatment or the actions of our technicians required to perform their duties.
1.3. It is essential that you keep away from the treated areas during the treatment and allow sufficient time for any chemicals to fully dry before re-entering the treated premises.
1.4. You must inform us in writing before the treatment about the value of items that cannot be removed from the treated areas and are not resistant to heat or chemicals.
1.5. Throughout the inspection process, you or your representative must be present and inform our technicians about any potential hazards present on the property.
1.6. You are responsible for ensuring that no items that should be removed are left behind and that no items are mistakenly taken away. Infested sensitive items left for treatment are treated at your own risk.
1.7. Upon receiving the treatment report or receipt from us, it is your responsibility to promptly notify us of any inaccuracies within 10 working days. Failure to provide such notification within the specified timeframe will be considered as your acceptance of the treatment reports and receipts as accurate.
2.1. We are responsible for providing the services purchased through our contact form, email, or phone number, as agreed upon orally or in writing.
2.2. We take responsibility for identifying any potential hazards that our services may pose to people and animals, excluding pests that already inhabit the areas targeted for treatment.
2.3. We will keep you informed of any changes to the initial treatment plan.
2.4. We will notify you in the event of any delays in our technicians’ arrival.
2.5. If we are unable to carry out the agreed service(s), it is our responsibility to contact you and offer options to reschedule, cancel, or refund any pre-paid amounts.
2.6. We are committed to conducting free visits within the terms and conditions of the provided guarantee and the agreed-upon guaranteed period.
Guarantee Terms and Conditions
3.1. Discounted Price: For every subsequent steam and ULV Fumigation, we will provide a 30% discount on the initial treatment price, valid for 30 days from the last treatment..
3.2. Three Months Guarantee: After completing three steam and ULV Fumigation, we offer a three-month guarantee. In the unlikely event that the treatments are not effective, we will provide up to two additional visits free of charge, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
3.3. Full Property Treatments: Our guarantee terms apply only to treatments conducted on the entire property. Partial property treatments are not covered under this guarantee.
3.4. Reporting Pests: It is essential to inform us of any remaining alive pests within 30 days of the treatment. Failure to do so will automatically invalidate your guarantee.
3.5. Current Infestation Coverage: Our guarantee applies solely to the current infestation and does not cover any future re-infestations that may occur after the treatment guaranteed period.
3.6. Compliance with Aftercare Instructions: To ensure the effectiveness of the treatment, it is crucial to follow the aftercare instructions provided in your treatment report, whether given orally or in writing. Failure to comply with these instructions will render the guarantee invalid.
4.2. In the event of a failed heat treatment, we offer up to two additional steam and ULV Fumigation at no extra cost, as stated in our Guarantee Terms and Conditions.
4.3. Please note that our guarantee only applies to treatments conducted on the entire property. Partial property treatments are not covered.
4.4. Our Guarantee Terms and Conditions exclusively cover the current infestation and do not extend to any future re-infestations.
4.5. The guarantee will be considered invalid if the aftercare instructions provided in your treatment report, whether given orally or in writing, are not followed.
5.1. In the event that we are unable to fulfil the agreed job, we will provide a full refund for any pre-paid services. To initiate a refund, please contact us via email, phone call, or in writing within 30 days from the date of payment.
5.2. Please note that deposits are non-refundable if a cancellation notice is given less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service date and time.
5.3. It is important to provide accurate details in your written or oral communication with us. We cannot be held responsible for issuing a refund if inaccurate information is provided.
5.4. Refunds will not be issued for services that have already been conducted. Once the work has been completed, we are unable to provide a refund.
